1. Platform Role
Zybula acts solely as a digital facilitator connecting customers, contractors, and workers. We are not an employer, contractor, or labor provider. The contract for any work is directly between the customer and the professional.
2. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate information during registration (Name, Phone, ID Selfie).
- Customers are responsible for verifying the professional's credentials before assigning work.
- Professionals must honor the quotes they submit through the platform.
3. Payments & Disputes
Zybula does not process payments for the actual work. All payments (wages, advances, or tender settlements) must be handled directly between the involved parties. We are not liable for unpaid dues, delayed work, or quality of service.
4. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that post fake requirements, use abusive language in the inbox, or receive multiple negative reports from other users.
