- Platform Functionality: Your profile details (Name, Experience, Category) are displayed to customers when you apply for a job.
- Communication: Your contact number is only revealed to a customer AFTER they officially "Lock" the deal with you.
3. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption for our OTP services and database. Zybula does not sell or rent your personal data to any third-party marketing agencies.
4. Auto-Deletion Policy
To keep the platform clean, work requirements (Tenders) are automatically deleted from our public servers 5 days after their expected start date.
